Michael has a true desire to succeed! He possesses multifaceted abilities and knowledge of global football which positively effects his mission to meet his goals. He has over 225 international matches to his credit as an elite coach / manager within Concacaf stretching from the U15 to Senior Men's National Team level which includes FIFA World Cup Qualifying, Concacaf Gold Cup and Olympic Qualifying experience.
Michael continues to value education and experiential activity which keeps him well informed on all matters key to success. This knowledge has been gained through an ascending manner and process. He values detail as he is keenly aware of its relevancy to the process of preparation as this is key in establishing standards within an organization.
